question of the week:
why do ppl always do damage control only after damage had been done??
hmm..let me think of an example:
u say sorry to someone before u hit him..and u said sorry after u hit him..
the problem is what the use of damage control when there is already mistrust, disagreemet and morale problem..work performance is already been affected..Can damage control solve all this problem..
How come they dun understand this??
Why bother wasting time regretting things which cant be undone, time which cant be turn back and mistakes which cant be forgiven...

rule??
few questions left me thinking for the whole day..
why should there be rules when 1) nobody will bother to obey them in the first place
2) those who set the rules didn even bother to apply them strictly
3) why should i be bother to obey the rules since no one follow them
let me state an example: rule stated that OIL cannot be taken straight after your duty off..someone broken it without any punishment..so after his illegal off, he still can take MC today...
So, back to my point...during the whole thing..no action is taken against him..so this may lead to my thinking..rules are for show
