Too bad

It already firm that i will not be in the list of promotion happening in coming July. 2 of my batch mates will be promoted..This two had been identify as "high flyer" since long ago so it didn surprise us much. It does bother me much since my plan remain unaffected, but 2 things for sure.. 1) my ER plan still remain firm 2) I will kiss my next promotion good bye for good since the next promotion will be in july next year..

Counting Down

I finally quited my studies at UniSim after few days of soul searching..I figure that it was not the way forward for me..I went to submit my application and it was over in matters of days..
I have already applied and been accepted by Kaplan for Bachelor of Science with Double Major in Cyber Forensics, Information Security and Management and Business Information System..Estimated time of completion will be dec 2012 with class starting in sep this year..
Mark this date: 21th Dec 2012..it will mark the start of my new life

crap shit

first i became guarantor for my kor's car..he brought a honda stream for 49k with monthly payment of 855 for the next 63months..For this, i kanna scolding from my dad..and kana teased by my friends for not asking how much is the total sum owned..banks kept calling and asked the same questions again and again..then the car agent kept forget this forget that..still need me personally went down and sign those paper..
second, to be recall is suay..to be recall on a Saturday is damn suay..to be recall 1hr into my lab lesson is super damn suay..went back..check and suspect any of the 4 nodes down..which means i got a 25% chances to solve the fault..it took me the 3rd try to solve the problem..worst thing was the user who reported it as an urgent fault went home..need to wait for him to get back and test before i can be release..nvm..
The piss off part..black and white stated if spend more than 4hrs..can clear full day but i was given half day due to..travelling back home not counted..
therefore the timing is as such: time start when phone rang and u being recall..
within 2hrs, u must reach office..
time stop when u cleared the fault..the journey back is not counted..
haix..

damage control after damage done

question of the week:
why do ppl always do damage control only after damage had been done??

hmm..let me think of an example:
u say sorry to someone before u hit him..and u said sorry after u hit him..

the problem is what the use of damage control when there is already mistrust, disagreemet and morale problem..work performance is already been affected..Can damage control solve all this problem..

How come they dun understand this??

there is a limit to one's patience..today will mark the end of my patience..

rule??

few questions left me thinking for the whole day..

why should there be rules when 1) nobody will bother to obey them in the first place

2) those who set the rules didn even bother to apply them strictly

3) why should i be bother to obey the rules since no one follow them

let me state an example: rule stated that OIL cannot be taken straight after your duty off..someone broken it without any punishment..so after his illegal off, he still can take MC today...

So, back to my point...during the whole thing..no action is taken against him..so this may lead to my thinking..rules are for show

year 2011

today marked my first working day..didn expect things willl change for the better in my workplace, so I didn bother much...

So my plans for this year..

• pass my IPPT in april
• maintain my grades for my degree course..target is second upper..so i have to work really hard from now
• exercise more..get some fats out of my tummy
• do what i suppose to do in my workplace..no more..
• be safe
• spend more time with my family and friends and my pig
• enjoy life
• save more money
