what should you do in this situation??

your hands are all filled up and tasking keep assign to you..

1. dun do = u are disobeying the order..u be ranked bottom in the year end ranking. your bonus will be affected, your promotion will be affected
2. do less = u are lazy and useless to the squadron and be ranked bottom in the ranking..your bonus will be affected, your promotion will be affected
3. do the bare medium = u are expected to do what are tasked to you..dun expect any recognition from the management since you are being paid for the jobs.
4. do all the tasks assigned = u have spoilt the market..the management will make you as a bench market for others to follow..more tasking will be given to you.. u are expected not to fail..any reasons for failure will not be entertain and your ranking will drop (by the way..do u think your ranking will increase??)
5. voice out that there are too much tasking to be done = u die..this is the end for u..the management had paint the picture that u are pointing the fingers at them..u are directly indicating they are lousy, good for nothing, unreasonable and high paid officers..they will take this as a challenge to the management..u be ranked the bottom of the bottom

If you are in case 4: u be save for the time being..nothing will happen to u

if you are not in case 4: i already said u are dead..u cant do anything other then

1. submit your posting out to other zone request = u are wasting your time..since its the same if you post to other zones..u are still in the management's target board and more for u to suffer as u are labelled as "cant take stress"
2. submit your posting out of squardon request = u are still wasting your time..the management will do everything behind the screen not to approve your request..even if your request is approved, the management will do everything within their power to affect your ranking in your new unit
3. submit your early release request = u will lose out ur boundy which the organisation own u..the management will do everything to defer your release up to 18 months..during this period, they will squeeze the life out of u
