Am I too good part 2

Recently there was an order for us to clear our off as much as possible due to exercise which involved only our management level..So as expected, many of them pull off stunts without checking on the manpower..which mean that there was a total of 4 person doing lots of job..so the next day I actually planned to have my off to watch the replay of motogp but my management told me there are not enough manpower to support that day job and wanted me to carry out one of the tasking..Of course I wasn't that very happy but there is the different in rank so I actually had to suck my thumb..So in the end, I was asking myself...what the point of clocking so many OT which I cant even clear half of it...Or should I simply put off some stunts myself...Is there anything call a fair system for us to clear our oil..Or simply because I the lowest rank among them so I have to work and work without clearing my off...If these still continue, I think I just clear my 10 days of leave during December without any hesitance
